New Year, New Goals!!!

As we head into the new year you may be wondering what you are going to do to keep yourself in shape? Let me help you out by suggesting some options available to you:
Whistler Nordics 15 and 30km Loppet Feb,08
UBC mini, sprint and Olympic triathlon distance - great way to keep you moving in January!
Whistler Adult Try-a Tri - beginner triathlon for every adult, short distances lots of fun! May 24
5 and 10 km Valley Trail Run - May 25
Other options include starting a new strength training program, joining a yoga class, learning about nutrition, or how to meditate.
I will be offering small group 3-4 people personal training sessions at Meadow Park, either early morning or mid-day depending on your groups time frame. What's New for 2008

Are you looking for a new coach, a personalized training program or lactate testing?
C2SkyMultisport is pleased to offer you all of this in 2008!!
Christine is currently taking her NCCP Level 1 Triathlon coaching certification course and
has recently become a FaCT Certified Lactate Tester. This fall I was also able to participate in the Can-Fit Pro Conference in Richmond BC. I was able to learn new exercises and the use of new equipment like the TRX training system and participate in different classes.
It has been an exciting fall for me and I would love to share my knowledge and experience with you!!
